Active Bonuses

Delivery Bonus        

$1.00/hour

1. The driver must report timely for work each day that they are scheduled to work according to the payroll system.  If a driver misses a day of work, or arrives late to work, they will be ineligible for the bonus that week; 

2. The driver must accurately record their starting time and ending time for each shift and the beginning time and ending time of all meal breaks for the week;

3. The driver must be 100% compliant to Amazon's uniform requirements throughout their work shifts

4. The driver cannot have any tier infractions & coaching notification by Amazon during the week;

5. The driver must maintain a status of “fantastic” on weekly scorecard’s “Overall Tier”

6. The driver must complete all deliveries on the 10-hr assigned routes;

7. The driver may not have any disciplinary actions (verbal or written) during the week;

8. The driver may not have ANY Netradyne violation for the week; 

9. Driver must be an active employee on the bonus payout date;

10. Bonus is paid up to the first 40 hours of the week

Tenured Delivery Bonus

$2.00/hour

10.  Bonus is paid up to the first 40 hours of the week

11.   The driver must complete active delivering service/work accumulation of 12 months or more (leave of absences period does not count toward service/work accumulation) 

Referral Bonus (Full Time)

$100 and Jacket

Refer a friend who works Full Time for at least 6 weeks and you get $100 and a jacket!

Referral Bonus (Part Time)

Amazon Jacket

Refer a friend who works Part Time for at least 6 weeks and you get an Amazon Branded Jacket!
