Amafleet is on a biweekly payroll, which means we pay every two weeks. 

Currently, our base pay is $21.00 per hour. 

Amafleet offers an hourly bonus of $1.00 for the first 40 hours for performance and attendance. Details about bonuses can be found here.

Amafleet offers medical and dental coverage through Kaiser Permanante. We offer two medical plans: a base plan and a buy-up plan. There is one dental plan.

Vision is covered under the medical plan.

Benefits start the next month after you complete training. You have 10 days to enroll for benefits from your 1st day of training.

Amafleet delivers 7 days a week. We do our best to accomodate scheduling needs with what Amazon needs and employees need.

Remember that we do require at least one weekend-day every week (either a Saturday or Sunday).

Full time is 4 days a week.

Part time is 3 days or less.

All shifts are 8-10 hours depending on route length, driver performance, package count, etc.

There are no short shifts.
